  • horrible intake day

    leftover bbq tofu
    burrito (frozen beef and bean kind)
    little debbie heart cupcakes (2)
    vegetarian lasagna primevera (had a LOT)
    and like 3 slices of bread thru out the day....
    OH!  and homemade stuffed breadstix (bisquick and string cheese)

    :(   horrible

    blueberry bagel, butter, banana slices (whole banana)
    special k red berries cereal
    pizza bagel (from a mini bagel both sides)
    frozen burrito thing :(
    and im about to eat again...

    *sigh* i always overeat when i dont have cigs...thank god i have some in the mail thatll be here by monday

  • intervention is the shit...

    intake:
    frosted strawberry mini wheats w/ soymilk
    waffles w/ light whipped cream and strawberries
    microwave burrito (beef and bean)
    quesadilla (cheese) w/ bean dip
    corn pops. fruity pebbles mix w/ soymilk


    *sigh* way too much
    i havent been keeping track of wat i eat
    i worked out like psh 3 times tho :/


    goals for the week:
    no unnecessary foods
    work out at least 4 days out of week for half hour

  • intake. boyfriend. sexy time

    intake:
    beef and cheese burrito w sour cream
    4 mexican pocket things with beef and cheese and sour cream
    fruit punch
    coffee (sips)
    bbq crispy snack wrap

    (fyi: over the wknd all i had was a pancake. so serious 1 pancake lol but i wasnt even hungry didnt have time to be)

    wknd with boyfriend was amazzzinnngg. lol we spent like 48 hrs in bed, most of the time just cuddling and talking and stuff. anddd we did have sex (prolly about to give TMI) he was a virgin but seriously you would NEVER tell lol he was realllyy good *drools* ....just had to say it lol

    -portebella burger, one slice cheese, mustard and ketchup on a bun
    -a CRAPLOAD of enchilada...i made em myself they were rly good lol
     
    and im about to make enchiladas :)

    I SEE MY BOYFRIEND TOMORROWWW!!!!! :) you have no clue how elated i am

  • diet pills online??

    I have a PO box. So if I were to order diet pills and cigarettes online would I have to sign anything at the post office to get my package? because all actual packages you have to pick up at the window only envelopes go to the PO box.

    intake:
    -green tea, lots of sugar
    -2 cheesy, bean and rice burritos from taco bell TORTILLA (2) (i wont star this one because i was STARVING so i really did need two, i didnt just have 2 out of boredom or anything.)
    *-bagel with cream cheese
    -fried tofu with peanut sauce

  • im improving...

    intake:
    -portebella burger(120 cals) w/ cheese (80 cals) and mustard. BUN (these ROCK they are vegetarian but have a very meat like texture)

    -side salad with croutons and ranch dressing. tons of dressing (340 cals for all the dressing) CROUTONS

    -just had another side salad (i got 2 earlier) same stuff except light dressing CROUTONS

    *-another portebella burger...ehhh i dont rly know about that, prolly cudda gone without. BUN

    -2 juice hug things and a bottle of dasani

    =1200 calorie intake




    i just found out white bread = belly fat.
    belly fat is my main problem and i am a carb ADDICTTT! im going to cut down to 3 carb. items a day. il bold the carb items

  • ugh here it comes...

    i eat compulsively then regret it later after thinking about it...
    im thinking about that huge veggie cheeseburger i just had  :(
    im so full right now :(
    i dont like being HUNGRY but feeling this full doesnt exactly give me hope of a diet....
    how many calories do u guys think ive had today???
    *sigh* prolly too many
    i wanna throw up so bad; like i used to. but i need this guilt to train myself to make better food decisions.

  • will anyone send me cigarettes??? :(

    they give me something to do instead of eat out of boredom.
    if you could send me some it'd be much appreciated  :)
